Build it fast up to test it with the IED's - and nothing happen :(
Testet it only locally on my Computer. Where can i find a logfile?

I can confirm IEDs work on Kunduz I did testing myself with debug on and got locations of IEDs on map. Your logfile is usually in the root of the A3 directory with an .RPT extension.
You've synced the IED module to the AI Commander module (in Asym mode)? You have debug on in the IED module?

But I cant find the .rpt file.

Savage how long did it take for you to start seeing IED factories? I remember last update it took quite awhile but I am unsure of all that is changed. If it still takes awhile then perhaps you are maybe not waiting long enough?

In my test I saw actual IED placements - shown on map by a red dot with "IED" beside it.... can't recall how long for factories I thought he was just talking about actual IEDs placed on map... IIRC it was over an hour in the previous version of ALiVE.
