Since I updated to 1.60 earlier I no longer get the Combat Support menu. Even the button mapping is missing (I can still see all of the line drawing options to map).
Seems odd that no one else has posted this if it's a general bug in compatibility with 1.60 so could be something else that has changed.
I was never able to use the App Key so I had it bound to L.Shift + Backspace.
Also noticed that CBA updated but I think this was happening before that.
I was just coming here to post this issue, having the same as well.
For now, if you wish to have the menu, use the Github version where it has been fixed already.

same here, but appeared before i did the CBA update, so it must be in the 1.60 Gameupdate
same here....tried the alive.os version, but still no menu :(
