Could you let us know about when the new update for the latest Arma 3 stable build will be released? Just want to keep an eye out so I can upgrade my server.

Devs are just working through some issues caused by 1.44 update...then it has to be tested a bit... so certainly not today.
If I asked directly the answer would be "soon™"

From my testing of the stable version of ALiVE, 1.44 seems to be working fine with ALiVE.
