I called in a chopper to insert me a crate of explosives as the OPCOM has tasked me with destroying a building. The chopper arrived, landed but... There are no explosives. I am not getting an option to unload anything from the chopper and the Logistic Actions are enabled. The chopper pilot keeps telling me he'll only wait for 2 minutes to unload it, though he keeps saying it about every 2 minutes. Not sure if this is a bug or if I just don't know what to do.
